You may receive an error at the top of your GreyMAR dashboard stating we're unable to backup from PointClickCare. This means that GreyMAR was blocked from downloading data from PointClickCare.
The cause of this error can be the following, in order by the most common:
- PointClickCare backup scheduler unable to write to their FTP directory. (Most Common)
- Temporary/unknown outage of PointClickCare FTP services.

Future updates in GreyMAR will sync this information right into your GreyMAR dashboard.
GreyMAR has a built in notifier that alerts PointClickCare of infrastructure issues on their system, and our dedicated support team works with PointClickCare's support team to ensure backups are up to date. If you would like to attempt to manually request a refresh, GreyMAR allows you to invoke this command using the Refresh Backup option.
